Security is at our core.
We use industry-grade security practices to ensure data transmitted from all Trackhab device up to the cloud so your information can’t be accessed easily and maliciously. Ensuring your data is secure is one of the reasons we build our own hardware.

Your data is yours. Our job is to take care of it.
The data created when you drive, move around or place a Trackhab device on an important asset is securely hosted on our servers and is yours to explore, download, and use however you like. Our job is to provide many ways for you to access your data. You can also stop using Trackhab and ask us to permanently delete your data from our servers at any time.

You choose who else has access to your data.
You can grant access to your data to other persons or a third party. A feature within the application service lets you decide who you want to share your data with.

We will never sell or share your personally identifiable information, like name, where you drive, or VIN. In the rare case of a request by law enforcement or government, we will pursue every avenue available to inform you and protect your data.

We anonymize data to create interesting insights.
We use aggregated, anonymized data to do research on driving patterns and vehicle performance for the public good. We may also create and sell industry reports, e.g. the most common engine problems for different car brands, the busiest streets/traffic-prone centers, etc. These reports are based on aggregated and anonymized data—they will never contain any of your personally identifying information.
